West Point Little League (WPLL)

WPLL was established in 1973.
WPLL is situated in Greensburg, Pennsylvania approximately 45 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, PA.
WPLL is an officially chartered Little League program that conforms to Little League rules. WPLL participates in District 26 of Section 1, of the Mid-Atlantic Region.
-- The WP baseball league is comprised primarily of boys ages 7 to 16.
The league has five divisions: Rookie, Minor, Major, Junior, and Senior.
-- The WP softball league is a fast pitch league made up primarily of girls ages 7 through 16.

-- WPLL offers a Tee-Ball Division. The Tee-Ball division is designed to expose the players to a team sport and teach basic hitting, throwing, and catching skills. Co-ed teams are comprised of approximately 10 to 14 players of ages 5 and 6.
The baseball season runs from April through June. There are normally weekly practices and usually two games played each week; one in the evening, Monday through Friday and a second on Saturday.
