West Point Little League

West Point Little League was established in 1973. We are situated in Greensburg, Pennsylvania approximately 45 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, PA. and are an officially chartered Little League program that conforms to Little League rules.

WPLL participates in District 26 of Section 2, of the Mid-Atlantic Region
   -- The WPLL Baseball League is comprised primarily of boys ages 7 to 14.  The league has five divisions: Rookie, Minor, Major, Junior, and 50/70.  
   -- The WPLL Softball League is a fast pitch league made up primarily of girls ages 7 through 14. The league has five divisions: Rookie, Minor, Major, and Junior.
   -- WPLL offers a Tee Ball Division is designed to expose the players to a team sport and teach basic hitting, throwing, and catching skills. Co-ed teams are comprised of approximately 10 to 12 players of ages 4 and 7.
The baseball season runs from April through June. There are normally weekly practices and usually two games played each week; one in the evening, Monday through Friday and a second on Saturday. WPLL rules and bylaws are subject to change at anytime and without notice.
WPLL is open to all families who meet eligibility requirements. Financial scholarships are available for those eligible children who would not otherwise be able to participate. If you believe you qualify for such assistance, please feel free to speak to any board member for confidential consideration.
